It is the important yardstick of weighing the individual learning ability, and one of the important factors of restricting the results of learning to learning strategies, sign that will be studied. The effective learning strategies can improve learning efficiency and study quality, so the research of learning strategies of the minority students in senior high schools who are very important part of Chinese senior high school students is valuable. But there are some shortages in the past researches:Firstly, the past researches of learning strategies of the minority students are scattered, and there are little researches about learning strategies of the minority students in senior high schools, and much less about learning strategies of the minority students in outback Tibetan classes or schools.Secondly, the variables in demography, such as the age, grade, and family background are widely used in the researches about learning strategies. The kind of analyses is macroscopically, and it can only tell us that different people have some differences in a community. This kind of analyses is essential, but isn't adequate. This kind of researches cannot explain that which factors influence the learning strategies of every student during the development. In other words, it cannot make it clear that how the learning strategies of a student develop.Last but not least, is culture a very important factor about the learning strategies development? The past studies are not enough to answer that question.Based on the shortages, on the one hand, the penman tries to use the variables in demography to analyze the factors that make influence on the learning strategies; on the other hand, the penman tries to analyze the factors that make influence on the learning strategies dynamically. The conclusion is as follows:(1) Macroscopically, the variables in demography, such as the age, grade, family background and school are the important factors to study strategy of senior high school students in outback Tibetan class(school).(2) Microcosmically, especially the individual senior high school student in outback Tibetan class(school), the factors such as the culture, teacher, family, school, enrollment system of college entrance examination and non-intelligence elements are important to the development of students' study strategy. At last, on the basis of integration between the two kinds of analyses, the penman gives some advice and suggestions about the teaching about the learning strategies.
