Aiming at training practice-oriented talents and skilled workers, vocational education is an important part of national education system and motivation for social and economical development."Order form" mode is an education mode that vocational school according to enterpnses's need, sign agreement with them,school and enterprises together draft project for students, when they complete their education,they will get work.This education mode indicates the rule of exploitation and utilization of human resource, suggests the direction of vocational education innovation.Nowadays, many enterprises complain that they can't employ enough qualified human resources with technical training, while on the other hand, it gets increasingly difficult for many university graduates to get employed. The contradiction leads to a retrospect of the Chinese vocational education system. Based on case study of Haiyan Vocational school at Zhoukou, Henan Province, the article puts forward that "order form" mode is one of the solutions to this problem. The thesis analyzes the status quo and future of "order form" mode via case study and literature research.Having reviewed the history and analyzed the status quo of vocational education, the thesis proposes that it's graduates from medium-level vocational education school failed to meet enterprises' need that results in thesituation. Reforms should be made to the system and Haiyan Vocational School is a successful one. By interview and questionnaire, the author did a field study of Haiyan Vocational school. The school contributes its success to employment-oriented policy and "order form" mode. Therefore, the article analyzes "order form" mode from such perspectives as the implement process, merits of talents fostering system and the significance it plays in the reform of vocational education. This article makes some successful attempt to improve medium-level vocational education and have some theory and realism meaning.The thesis's chapter arrange as follows:Chapter1: foreword: This Chapter introduces genesis of thesis choose,research intent, meaning, literature summarize, core concept, researchmethod and research process.Chapter2: "order form" vocational education mode study summary:This Chapter introduces medium-level vocational education's history andstatus quo, puts forward that "order form" mode is one of the solutions to thisproblem.Chapter3: Haiyan Vocational school's "order form" vocationaleducation mode research: At first, this Chapter gives a brief introduction tothis school, emphasesly introduces this school's feature.then gives interviewto students, housemaster, enterprises and schoolmaster, and do questionnaire.Chapter4: consideration for "order form" vocational education mode:This Chapter introduces "order form" implement process and merit;put forward that some points we should to give more attention for better developing "order form";at last propuse this mode's meaning for vocational education innovation.Epilogue: After analyzing and research for "order form" education mode , This part gives some consideration for development of medium-level vocational education in the future.
