The Master of Education full-time vocational technical education aims at cultivating high-caliber,solid-educated,highly-skilled,high-level “dual-professional”secondary vocational school teachers.Specifically,they require students to have solid education,teaching,and professional knowledge.It also possesses superb education and teaching ability,professional practice ability and strong scientific research ability.Its training is far from a single training subject can be completed independently,but at present,the full-time education master's degree in education still uses a relatively single mode of personnel training,and its personnel training can not fully meet the needs of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools.In order to explore the construction of a vocational teacher training model that is suitable for the development of modern vocational education,this research adopts an empirical research method and conducts research from two levels: “supply” and“nee-d”.First,from the aspect of “supply,” conducted in-depth research on the first academies and universities to carry out pilot training programs for masters of education in the field of vocational and technical education,investigated the status quo of education masters in full-time vocational education using questionnaires,and conducted in-depth analysis of full-time education.Problems in the cultivation of masters of education in the vocational education field;Second,from the "needs" level,through the investigation of some of the country's key secondary vocational schools,analysis of the quality requirements of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of this,we learn from the useful experience of overseas graduates of master's degree programs and propose the construction of the “fourth and three” personnel training model for full-time vocational education.The “4·3”talents training model for full-time Vocational technical education is jointly sponsored by universities,enterprises,and secondary vocational schools.It takes on-campus tutors,secondary vocational school tutors,and corporate tutors as training instructors to set up education and teaching modules.Professional module andcomprehensive quality curriculum module,through the theoretical teaching,professional practice and educational practice training process to cultivate professional education master of education field.This article mainly includes five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly expounds the background of the topic selection,the research purpose and significance,the research methods and ideas,the innovation points and the definition of the core concepts,and elaborates the current research status at home and abroad.The second chapter analyzes and sums up the quality requirements of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools based on questionnaire survey and interviews.In the third chapter,based on the questionnaire survey method and the literature method,we can understand the status quo of education masters in full-time vocational education and summarize the problems in their cultivation.The fourth chapter adopts the literature method and the comparative analysis method to deeply understand the status quo of foreign graduate teacher training and summarizes the enlightenment to our country.The fifth chapter elaborates the specific content of the“4·3” talent training model for the full-time vocational education field from three aspects of training,three modules of curriculum design,three stages of training process,and training and mentoring.
