Study Of Communication Problems In The Management Of University Teachers

This paper, which is based on the previous study achievement of communication, the relation between communication and organization, and teacher management in university, analyses the definition, function, actuality, obstruction and reason of communication. It elaborates on the communication problem in the process of university teacher management, at the same time give a specific strategy to solve the communication problem. At last, this paper gains the achievement in terms of certificate analysis and combination of practice and theory for case support analysis.Firstly, the function of the communication in the process of teacher management in the university is analyzed. In the process of teacher management, communication is able to promote cohesiveness and effect. Communication is directly influence the result of teacher promoting, enhancing leader power, solving conflicting problem, promoting innovation. Secondly, investigation analyzes the communication actuality, and induces specific communication hinder. The conclusion from the analysis is that there are some problems in the process of teacher management, such as, lacking research on communication, communication method not being fit for requirement, teacher and leader having low communication motivation. Thirdly, find the reason behind communication. The analysis shows that: communication person influences the effect of communication; there are some obstacles between professional ones and nonprofessional ones; communication method is not suitable to the requirement; communication culture has not been established. Fourthly, combining practice and theory, the paper give a strategy to solve the communication problem in aspect of the characteristic of communication, communicate skills, communicate system environment, communication culture.Solving the communication problem in the process of university teacher management cannot be accomplished in an action nor is there a determinate model that every university can follow.
