This thesis elaborates the contributing factors of poor learning performance and countermeasures to solve the problem from three aspects, namely, the main manifest of the poor learning performance and the analyses of the causes, the unique character of the communications between the teachers and the resident students as well as the affects to the students' records, increasing the students' learning performance through enhancing the communications between the teachers and the resident students.It analyzes about the contributing factors of the poor learning performance of the resident students from three aspects, students' own factor, family factor, school factor. Meanwhile, according to the features of the resident students, it analyzes the communications between the teachers and the students. The communications between the teachers and the students has its own unique character, mainly representing in the following aspects: the heavy responsibilities of the teacher, the emotional support to the students is needed; the overall help to the students' learning; the psychological support to the students as well as the instructions to the students' daily life; the diversified roles of the teacher, the teachers in this kind of school are the replace parents of the students, the friends of the students, the care of the students' feeling; the mutual cooperation between the family and the school has an important affect on the students' learning.On the basis of the analyses mentioned above, it raises the four specific ways as following, enhancing the actual efficiency of the communications between the teachers and the students, increasing the students' learning performance: firstly, the transform of the teachers' education idea, affirming the students' value, treating every students equally; caring about the students' emotion condition. Shortening the distance between the teachers and the students through revealing stories on life and feeling, adjusting to the multi roles to increase the emotional feeling between the teacher and the students;Enhancing the instruction to the students study after school, building up the responsibilities, reinforcing the assistance for the students with poor learning performance, changing the ways of assigning home works unanimously, assigning home works in different levels; guiding students' parents to be the incentive force of the education, improving the communication ways between family and school, making parents be the leader of the healthy growth of children. Giving full play to the family committee's professional knowledge is suggested, enhancing the guide to the way of education of the parents of the children.
