The problem of students' learning motivation is concerned by educator all the time. The mainly of learning motivation always behaves achievement motivation which is in pursuit of the school work success in learning field. Whereas achievement motivation's important status in learning activities, and that the character of students conduces to the different motivation levels. Accordingly we base upon physics education, try to find out the difference of the achievement motivation levels which between the grades, the girls and boys else. According to the characters of each motivation levels, we seek to the relationships between the influencing factors and the achievement motivation levels.There six parts in this paper. The first part introduces the background, the necessary of this study, mostly content, research method and the significance of this study. The second part is a theories foundation of this research, mainly including theory of achievement motivation by Atkinson, theory of achievement motivation by Ausubel, theory of self-efficacy by Bandura, theory of physics learning strategies, theory of achievement goal and theory of achievement attribution. Moreover, we also summarize the character of students' psychology development. The third part investigates the actuality of the students' achievement motivation in physics learning. Base upon the investigating result, we get the traits of achievement motivation in different levels. Further more, we analyze the difference of the achievement motivation levels which between the grades, the boys and the girls else. We contrast the difference which mentioned above with the totals', and want to find out the similarities and differences between them. Besides, we get the components and traits of physics learning motivation which in different school work's levels. Based on the former three parts, the forth part mainly analyzes the relationships between achievement motivation levels and their factors. The fifth part includes the investigation of expectation- worthiness in physics learning, the table of estimating achievement motivation levels, and individual's achievement motivation tracing. But these works can't carry on the further research owing to our limited time. The sixth part summarizes the conclusions and the shortages of this paper.This research introduces research method of factor analysis from psychology statistics for validity test. The main research method includes literature research, questionnaire survey and interview method.
