Achievement motivation is an interior dynamical processing that individual make a success of some worth works or active. It is a learning motivation for school work success in learning field, and it is an interior power which drives students to learn. Whereas achievement motivation's important place in learning active and students' achievement motivation represents different level and intension in different subjects, it is necessary that manage general achievement motivation theory to research in some subjects, such as physics, hold some characteristics and some influencing factors of achievement motivation in high students' physics learning, try to find out some approaches to inspire achievement motivation in students' physics learning.There are four parts in this text. The first part introduces the research background, mostly content, research method and significance of this study. The second part is a theories foundation of this research, mainly including related theories of achievement motivation, theory of mastery learning by Bloom, cognitive developmental theory by Vykotsky and Piaget and TARGET'S teaching mode by Ames. The second part also introduces some characteristics of high students' psychology development, high school's physics course and some characteristics of physics learning. The third part designs, carries on and analyses the result of sampling research of present condition of high school students' achievement motivation in physics learning, gets high school students' characteristics of achievement motivation in physics learning, and constitutes path model about influencing factors of achievement motivation in high students' physics learning. Based on the research of former three parts, the fourth part puts forward some approaches and corresponding measures to inspire achievement motivation in students' physics learning, then proves some approach's efficiency and feasibility by investigating and interviewing from high school's physics teachers and high school students, at last, corrects some approaches and corresponding measures, the fifth part summarizes the research's works, points out some deficiencies of this research, prospects the foreground of it.This research introduces research method of multiple regression analysis from psychology statistics, the main research method associates quantity with quality, including literature research, questionnaire survey and interview method.
