| With the development of the market economy and the acceleration of the aging process of urban population,the community learning team plays an increasingly important role in the community construction.The way for the development of the learning team of the community is put forward from the perspective of the theory of team interaction process,understanding of the story of the team development of the community via case study method and interpretation of it combined with related theories,which is significant for the development of the learning team and community education of the community.Chapter Ⅰ: Introduction.It expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,and presents the related concepts of the current representative "learning team of the community","team learning" and "team interaction",and sorted out the related literature in terms of "learning team of the community" and "team interaction".Chapter Ⅱ:The foundation of the research.First of all,the team development model and the empirical model are determined as the theoretical support of this research via the literature research,based on which the key factors for the team interaction of the learning team is identified and the development model of the learning team of the community is built as the theoretical framework.Then,under the guidance of the development model of the learning team of the community,8 key elements for the management of the learning team of the community are extracted to conduct in-depth interviews with the core members of 10 teams in Baoshan District,Shanghai.Chapter Ⅲ: The presentation and interpretation of the story of the learning team of the community.Three representative learning teams of the community are selected,the development of which are presented in the form of storytelling.Then,the statistics and analysis and the detailed interpretation are carried out from eight dimensions including jurisdictional departments,management structure,member recruitment,team communication,resource integration,member support,task interaction and team conflict based on the theoretical perspective of the development model of the learning team of the community.Chapter Ⅳ: The development issues of the learning team of the community.Based on the analysis and interpretation of the third chapter,from the perspective of the government,there are some problems in the development of the learning team of the community,such as unclear management subjects,lack of management contents and insufficient development funds.From the perspective of the team,team leaders are faced with different problems in the novice,development and maturity stages.From the perspective of the society,the social atmosphere of lifelong learning is insufficient.Chapter Ⅴ: Thinking on the countermeasures for the development of the learning team of the community.Based on the development issues of the learning team of the community,countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the team of the community are put forward from three perspectives:the government,the team and the society. |
