As one of the core contents of teacher research, teacher's job burnout has become a focus in pedagogy and psychology. The research findings have offered a lot of experiences and inspirations for teacher education in China. Especially nowadays when the eighth national curriculum reform has been carried on all over the country, the clearing-up and efficient coping with teachers'job burnout becomes an important realistic problem concerned with teacher's professional development. The educational service presented more requests for teachers'specialization and tried to improve the degree of teachers'specialization in many ways in developed areas, as the new curriculum reform was carried out in earlier time in these regions. But the teachers in these regions didn't make progress as fast as expected. On the contrary, they showed more and more serious job burnout, which was regarded as a"bottleneck"of teacher's professional development. So it is extremely urgent to investigate teachers'job burnout in the developed areas.In recent job burnout researches, scholars paid more attention to the role of individual efficacy. But there is no specific research on the relationship among teacher's self-efficacy, teaching efficacy and job burnout in elementary school. Through investigating the whole performance and difference of teachers'job burnout, we can deeply analyze the relationship and factors of the job burnout, especially the potential influence of teacher s'self-efficacy and teaching efficacy on their s job burnout. Then we can offer experiences and inspirations to prevent and allay teachers'...
