This study assessed the relation among three factors according to the large sample questionnaire survey:teaching efficacy,occupational burnout and the primary styles of classroom management profile that included the indulgent style,the autocratic style and the democratic style.Based on it,we explored the influences of these primary styles on teaching efficacy and occupational burnout.Then we brought forward the tentative model.And we analyzed this model with Amos4.0 so as to indicate the way and the degree of how classroom management profile influenced occupational burnout.The results showed that:The degree of occupational burnout of teachers was not serious.The teaching efficacy of teachers was high and the democratic style of classroom management was widely used these days.The significant correlation existed among classroom management profile,teaching efficacy and occupational burnout.The indulgent style and the autocratic style had significant effect on teaching efficacy.The indulgent style and the democratic style had significant effect on occupational burnout.In the model of which classroom management profile of teachers influenced occupational burnout,the autocratic style and the democratic style had no significant effect on occupational burnout while the indulgent style had significant effect on occupational burnout.The teaching efficacy of teachers was the core variant of which the indulgent style influenced occupational burnout.
