This studyinvestigated the relationship among three factors : teachers` occupationalburnout, teaching efficacy and self-concept. According to the large samplequestionnaire survey .The study analyzed the data with Spss11.5 for Windows .Based on the descriptive statistics, compare means, correlation analysis andstep regression analysis. The results show that: 1. The degree of occupational burnout of teachers is not serious.Theteaching efficacy of teachers is high. 2. The significant correlation exist among self-concept, teachingefficacy and occupational burnout. 3. The significant effect show: low teaching efficacy will lead to lowdegree of the occupational burnout. 4. Self-efficacy, genera efficacy and self-accept can predict significantly teacheroccupational burnout. 5. Partial Correlation analysis show the self-concept of teachers is the keyvariant of which the teaching efficacy influenced occupational burnout.
