Burnout is a new research field. It is used to describe a series of negative symptoms, such as tiredness, ability descent, passion losing, apathy to others and efficacy.To teachers, burnout is common. The negative symptoms are harmful to both students and teachers. So it is important to do something in this field. The article is based on some well-known conclusion. We picked out participants from college, high school, primary school and public school. Compared their MBI record and we found that teachers in primary school had received the highest score. So the primary school teachers took the teachers burnout effective factors inventory. We presented some suggestion according to these investigation.We translated Maslach Burnout Inventory and used it in the investigation. We found that teachers in Shanghai got little high Emotional Exhaustion score, lower Depersonalization score and high Efficacy score. The primary school teachers got higher Emotional Exhaustion and Depersonalization score than others. Gender, subject, antecedents, salary, executive or not, type of school, school history and so on brought significant effect to teachers burnout. Other school nature such as place were not important to burnout.We formated the teachers burnout effective factors inventory and used it in the primary school teachers. We found that many factors could generate burnout and they had different effect to the three respects of burnout. Relationship brought significant effect to teachers burnout. Students and working-load were the problems to teachers from all kinds of countries and nations. Personality brought the same importance to the three respects of burnout, and they were not significant. It was difficult to establish the burnout regressive model.
