In recent years, the job burnout is a hot topic in mental health research abroad. Teacher's job is burnout of high-risk groups. Not only teachers' job burnout of teachers' professional quality, also learning of the students and the whole society incalculable impact, Therefore, in-depth study of sports teacher's job burnout is imminent.In recent years, have a good result of the study of teachers' occupational tiredness, but very few studies on PE teachers' job burnout. Therefore this research, mainly from demography regional conditions and the perspective of multivariable teaching stage, provides correlation study of job burnout and self-efficacy based on the questionnaire survey for PE teachers of middle school in Henan Shangqiu, including basic situation of PE teachers' job burnout of middle school in Henan Shangqiu,the basic conditions of self-efficacy, the relationship between job burnout and self-efficacy, Regression relation between job burnout and self-efficacy. And advances the relevant opinions and Suggestions based on this.Research aimed at providing ideas and references for the prevention and mitigation of the PE teachers' job burnout, providing theoretical basic for the cultivation of the qualified physical education teachers in our country and providing the back-up with high quality for the development of career of our country school sport.The research selected 6 high schools, 15 junior high school, investigating 182 physical education teachers. The questionnaire survey distributed centrally and unified withdraws. The research questionnaire mainly referred to the general self-efficacy scale(GSES) and the teacher' job burnout inventory(MBI--ES). Data results processed by sppss22.0 data statistical package employing descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis, analyzed the middle school PE teacher ‘self-efficacy status,the situation of middle school PE teachers' job burnout, the differences of different demographic on middle school PE teachers' self-efficacy and job burnout and the correlation between self-efficacy and job burnout.Through data analysis, the following conclusions:(1)Shangqiu's middle school PE teachers' self-efficacy level is not good, in general, the junior high school physical education teachers self-efficacy is higher than high school physical education teachers. Shangqiu's middle school PE teachers' self-efficacy level has seven variables like age, marital status, educational background, professional titles, teaching age, gender and atea.Only the first four variables exist significant differences,and the last three variables have no significant difference. Middle school PE teachers' self-efficacy showed a trend of wave development, shows that middle school physical education teachers self-efficacy increased with the increase of age. Individual self-efficacy of divorced PE teachers in middle schools is higher than unmarried middle school PE teachers.In teaching self-efficacy dimension point of view, the self-efficacy of middle school physical education teachers of master's degrees in teaching is highest, the second is the one of college degree and the last is physical education teachers of a bachelor's degree.In individual self-efficacy dimension point of view, different titles of middle school physical education teachers from high to low shows the tendency of decline.(2) Shangqiu's middle school PE teachers' job burnout job burnout is widespread, and job burnout is in the medium level. Overall, middle school PE teachers in different teaching stages exists a significant difference, and high school sports teachers' job burnout level is higher than the junior high school physical education teachers. Shangqiu's middle school PE teachers' job burnout level has seven variables-- gender, age, marital status, teaching age, professional titles, educational background, aera, only the variables of gender, age, marital status, teaching age, professional titles have significant differences. Male deindividuation degree of middle school physical education teachers is heavier than the female one. The job burnout level of middle school PE teachers, age of 31--35 and more than 46,is more serious. The middle school PE teachers' job burnout level is relatively low from the age 20 to the age 25. Divorced middle school PE teachers' emotional exhaustion is relatively serious, and unmarried high middle school PE teachers' low achievement level is higher. The job burnout level in middle school PE teachers of 11-20 years of teaching experience is highest, prone to job burnout. Middle school PE teachers' job burnout develops like a wave trend with the increase of the teaching age. From the dimensions of job burnout(emotional exhaustion, deindividuation, low sense of achievement), job burnout level of special-class PE teacher and secondary PE teacher in middle school is relatively high.(3) Three dimensions(emotional exhaustion, deindividuation, low sense of achievement) of middle school PE teachers' self-efficacy and job burnout exist a negative correlation(p?0.01). The higher self-efficacy is, the more difficult to produce job burnout; Conversely, the lower self-efficacy is, the more prone to job burnout.
