With the rapid development of the economics, the technology and the informationizing process of education, many schools have obsoleted a lot of computer equitmens. It is the result of natural trendenc. The reasonable obsolescence can keep up with the requirement of time, teaching or learning. And reasonable obsolescence can make the education successful and efficient.But for varies reasons, the process, the reason, the consequence of obsolescence and so on were not always reasonable. Much unnecessary obsolescence and lots of waste have arisen in the process. The funds given by government has used inefficiently. So the unbalance educational level has a bigger gap than before in all over the China.Based on the systemic thought , the principles of the system theory and the Life Cycle Cost, the research was designed and went on. Though investigating lots of papers, talking with related people, the author designed a questionnaire which can make the situation of the computer equipments obsolescence clear. Though analyzing the phenomenon , finding the problems of obsolescence and summing the common defaults up in the process, the author put forward a obsolescence plan (rules or a operation standard).
