Experimental teaching is very important sectors in the physics teaching. Due to the limited conditions of teaching equipments and the traditional ideas, physical teaching only enhance taking the teacher’s teaching, and ignore the students’ roles, students just become the audience. Such teaching model can not reach the all-round developed educated aims, and it can’t cultivate the high-quality talent students. In recent years, self-made equipment provide material guarantee for physics experiment teachings. Self-made equipment is defined that the students study the equipment by themselves in accordance with the requirements of teaching. Using self-made equipment should arouse student’s enthusiasm largely and cultivate students’ abilities of the making equipments.The paper is based on constructive learning theory, and assessment questionnaires are used for tools by teachers. There are150students in the five schools. The results of survey:few schools hold physical activities, although students have high (?) enthusiasm to it, they are few chances to participate related activities. In addition, through the second classroom activities, it is found that students’ ability is poor in foreign languages institute affiliated school. Considering all the aspects, self-made equipment should train the students’ practical ability. The forth sectors of this paper show the development of self-made equipment and necessary preparations. Some principles must be complied such as interesting, economy, safety, etc. The finished products are increasing improvement and beautification. It is not only students’ work, but also it needs teacher’s instruction. To make study products in the classroom both cultivate the students’ interesting, and exercise the students’ autonomous learning ability. In the process of making study products cultivate the student’s ability, and the ability improve students’ thinking ability, exploring ability, the ability of solving practical problems and innovation ability, etc.
