Study On The Dsingn Oy Evaluation Index System Of Usage Efficiency For Large Equipments In Henan University Of Urban Construction

As the increasing of national investment on education, it's become more and more important to construct the evaluation index system for the usage efficiency of large equipments, which conforms to the reality of colleges, to strengthen the evaluation on the usage efficiency of large equipments and fully display the usage efficiency of large precise and precious equipments. The object of this thesis is the evaluation index system for the usage efficiency of large equipments in Henan University of Urban Construction, this thesis aims at strengthen the basic research on the management of colleges'large equipments, and have very important practical effects on the scientific evaluation of the usage efficiency of large equipments.This thesis analyzes the background of the evaluation index syetem of the usage efficiency of large equipments based on the actual conditions in Henan University of Urban Construction. A careful overview of the relative theories related to the desige of evaluation index system, utilization performance, and equipment management, as well as the latest research innovations and developing tend, which lays a firm theoretic foundation to the later analysis and design. The fishbone analysis, review meeting, qustionare methods are involved to find the striking problems in the process of evaluating of the large equipment in Henan University of Urban Construction. Literature review, typical cases, intensive interview are adopted when designing the first-class and second class index system. Meanwhile, the application of expert evaluating, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) are aiming at determining the weight of the correlative index. Then the index weight is optimized, according to the annual evaluayion form for precise and precious equipments equipment in institutions carried out by the state, at the same time accustoming to the actual situation in Henan University of Urban Construction and catering to the large equipment management trend both at home and aboard. Finally, the conclusion of this thesis is drawed, along with the innovations and constrains, and the further-researching issues.In short, this thesis proposes a more scientific performance management system. The suggestions for improving the efficiency in the management and utilization in teaching and research facilities of Henan University of Urban Construction, not only have some realistic effects, but also provide several constructive references to other colleges and universities.
