XQ Private Schools Facing Sustainable Development Issues And Countermeasures

As an important part of Chinese education, private school has played an importantrole in promoting the development of Chinese education and meeting the demand ofsociety. However, the development of private school is faced with many problems. Thispaper studies problems and barriers of the development of XQ private school that has acommon feature in China as follows:(1) Capital shortage and the channel of raising fund being unitary. Theconstruction of soft and hardware of school is hindered by the shortage of capital.(2)The structure of teachers is unreasonable. The policy of state education is not well goodto the teachers of private school.(3) The quality of students is not good enough and thenumber of students is not many.(4) The Intemal management mechanism isnon-standard, especially t administrative property right is non-standard. The system ofstudent management, teaching management and personnel management is faced withproblems.So the countermeasures and problems must be put forward as follows: (1) On theone hand, the private school must obtain the capital support from the government, onthe other hand, financing works must be done by the means of the market. (2) on theproblems of teachers, the private school must ensure the legal rights and interests ofemployee, raise the material treatment of teacher, strengthen for the management ofteacher and the cohesive affinity of the school teacher, improve the quality of teacher. (3)Determine the sources of student and reasonable charging standard. Strengthen the workof graduate employment guidance, deepen the relationship between the needydepartment and school. (4) Strengthen the internal management of school, creating newsystem of management. (5) Set up the key competition ability of XQ school. Establishthe troops of capable efficiency, create characteristic management, create characteristicprofessional, create characteristic subject, close teacher student relationship, set upcampus cultural characteristics, form trademark effect of school, set up trademarkcharacteristics; conform with world, form internationalization characteristics.
