In China,there are a large number of private kindergartens,and the number of children in private kindergartens is relatively large.The development of inclusive private kindergartens has become a feasible policy choice for our government to expand preschool education resources for preschool students and popularize preschool education.The government guided the policy and allocated special funds to support the development of inclusive private kindergartens and achieved good results.However,there are still many problems in the development of inclusive private kindergartens.Among them,the issue of teachers' salaries has already severely affected the construction of preschool education teachers and hindered the development of preschool education in China.Therefore,the study of the problems existing in the wages of inclusive private kindergarten teachers,analyzing the causes of the problems and putting forward effective policy recommendations are of great significance for the healthy development of inclusive private kindergartens.This thesis uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and comparative research method to analyze the problems and causes of wages for inclusive private kindergarten teachers in China,and puts forward some specific countermeasures to solve the wage problems of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.This thesis consists of the following four parts.The first part is about the concepts and theories of salary of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.This section first clarified the concepts of inclusive private kindergartens,inclusive private kindergarten teachers,and elaborated the theoretical basis for the establishment of wages for inclusive private kindergarten teachers.The second part reveals the existing problems of wages for inclusive private kindergarten teachers.This section analyzes the data obtained from the survey and reveals the problems existing in the wages of inclusive private kindergarten teachers in China.These problems mainly include low teacher salaries,large differences in teacher salaries,unreasonable and incomplete teacher salaries and grades,poor teacher benefits,lack of effective protection,and low teacher salary satisfaction.The third part analyzes the cause of the wage problem of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.The reasons for the wage problems of inclusive private kindergarten teachers mainly include the imperfect supporting policies of the government and deviations in implementation.The relevant regulatory mechanisms of the government are not in place,the funding for kindergartens is tight,the wages of teachers are reduced,and the internal management mechanism for kindergartens is not perfect,and the rights defense complaint mechanism of teachers is missing.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the wage problem of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.These measures include the improvement of related policies and the increase of government support;the establishment of a supervisory mechanism for the salary of inclusive private kindergarten teachers;actively broadening the channel for the financing of inclusive private kindergartens;and improving the wage system for inclusive private kindergarten teachers;The perfection of inclusive private kindergartens' internal management mechanism;the establishment of an inclusive private kindergarten teachers' rights defense complaint mechanism.
