Research On Cultivating Talented People Of Higher Vocational Education Of Jilin Province

Along with the development of society, economy and technology in 21st century, especially the development and application of New and Hi-tech penetrating into different fields of industry and daily life, new professional posts have come into being and traditional industry and professional structure has changed completely.On one hand, the rate of people engaged in manufacturing, technology and management rises, on the other hand, different walks of life need higher and higher talented people. Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education as higher layer of vocational education.Decision on Further Reform and Improving All-round Qualified Education by Central committee of CPC and the State Council and Agenda of Juveniting Education Towards the 21st Century points out clearly: it is urgent to cultivate a large group of practical and technical higher vocational talented people who have certain professional theory knowledge and applied technique facing basic enterprises and the manufacturing, service and management.How to meet the demand of economy, science and technology and form a special and higher quality cultivating model is an urgent problem for higher vocational education to solve.
