Graduate education is the highest level of education in the education structure in our country,to be responsible for our country historical task of cultivating the high quality,high-level creative talents to the economic construction and social development.Postgraduate cultivating mode of higher education as a means of cultivating postgraduate students in higher education,the final destination is to improve the quality of higher education graduate student training.However,it has influenced the quality of cultivating.This paper uses some methods such as documents,interviews and policy texts analysis and dividing postgraduate training mode into four aspects,which are training objectives,curriculum,training mode and training evaluation,it takes the Research Institute of Education and Science in H University for case analysis.Having a knowledge of postgraduate training status quo and then analyzing the factors affecting the cultivating model of higher education postgraduates based on graduate student related training text and the interview results.And finally put forward the suggestions and countermeasures of optimization of postgraduate training mode in current higher education.Through the study,I found that there is a huge gap between ideal and practice of H university master graduate students' training mode in higher education as a whole,but on the specific,it reveals the oneness of cultivating objectives;the lack of practical courses,interdisciplinary courses and research methods classes and the arbitrariness and non-systematic in teaching process.Except that the way of admissions show the qualifying examination content is not reasonable and the calculation of total grades is irrational;the unity of educational system;the reflection of the big size,low frequency,simplification of instruction contents and assimilation of guiding style in mentor guidance;and the scientific research expresses the phenomenon such as low participation,the lack of research;Similarly,making little of curriculum evaluation,the non-rigorousness of mid-term examination,and the low standard of getting master degree.Then,the further study shows that there are three factors that influence the postgraduates cultivating model of higher education: individual factors,tutor factors,school factors.To solve above problems,this study put forward the suggestion that the master students' of higher education should be cultivated by classification,and the detailed elaborations are:(1)classifying cultivating objectives,to meet the demands of age;(2)perfecting the curriculum,to reform the teaching;(3)Optimizing the training mode and cultivating the diversified talents;(4)Improving the training evaluation way,to ensure the training quality.
