Nurtured by Culture is the inherent function and mission of culture.It is also an important field of vision and path for ideological and political work.As an important part of the advanced culture of the society,university culture is the accumulation of material wealth and spiritual wealth formed by a university in the long-term practice of running schools through historical accumulation,its own creation and the influence of the external environment.The values,ideal pursuits,moral sentiments,aesthetic tastes,etc.are the individualized expression and concentrated expression of a country's mainstream ideology and core values in the university.If ideological and political education is to carry out the mainstream ideology education for students,educating people with university culture is college students.In-depth research on the educational function of university culture and how to better play this educational function,this article mainly includes the following six aspects:First,it China,especially since the reform and opening up,the concept of educating people with university culture in China has gradually received attention.The level of university culture construction has been
