Based on the attempt of re-defining the concept of the public service of City street, the socialize reformation of Street public service is discussed in this paper. And then the probable developing direction of the totally increasing social welfare and the development of the public service business of City Street are pointed out to reach the aim of speeding up harmonious society building.This paper is divided into five parts. In the first part, the background and research meaning of the paper are introduced, and the total research thinking of the paper is pushed out, moreover, the research present condition of the street public service inside and outside the country are sum up. Based on the delimiting some concepts of the street public service, some theoretical background related to the subject are elicited in the second part and the analysis for them are down in detail. The present condition and its caused reasons of the street public in the country are sum up in the third part, and the actuality background of the street public service is analyzed in this part. Based on the summing up and analyzing the research, the total thinking of the socializing reformation of the street public service is pointed out in the fourth part. In the fifth part, the way selecting of the social reformation of the street public service is explored using the Shi Chahai Street of Beijing as an example. Then the future development directions of the street public service is prospected in the last part of the paper..The innovative aspect of this paper is that the concept of the street public service is brought up and the public service is researched in layer of the microcosmic community — the City Street. Concretely, the social public service and the community public service which derive fromsociology have their concept, and I integrate them and inspire the new meaning. That is, the street public service is the social public service from the view of the community. And a new theory is used to analysis the mode selecting of the street public service in our county, and the conclusion is that the street public service in our county should be socialized.
