The Research On Sports Public Service For Youth Extracurricular Sports Center In Fuzhou City

The 13th five-year plan of China's sports development in 2016 pointed out that we need to improve basic public sports service constantly and to speed up the development of adolescent sports.Extracurricular Sports Center of Adolescent(ESCA)is the extension and supplement for school sports education classes,which is free to the youth,and means a new type of socialized sports venues.It is a kind of new thing.This article starts from the current research on the content of public sports service provided by ESCA in Fuzhou,using documentation,field survey,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,to analyze and study the existing problems and influencing factors of public sports service in the operation of the ESCA in Fuzhou.Then,this article will raise some operable suggestions and countermeasures,to improve the quality and enthusiasm of public sports service provided by the ESCA in Fuzhou,optimizing its supplying structure and mode,improving the physical health of adolescent,providing reference for the ESCA in Fuzhou to offer diversified,high quality and high level public sports services,and perfecting the system of adolescent public sports service.Research shows:(1)The construction scale of the ESCA in Fuzhou is basically in line with province standards,but the use of site facilities is too rigid and there are not many types of activities.Although the opening hours of the activity center are basically reasonable,most of the facilities are not fully utilized,so they often lay idle.And The Activity Center's running funds basically come from the government appropriation.Single source of funding and weak sense of self development resulted in a phenomenon,which is the ESCA's running in a passive position and heavily rely on government.(2)In terms of information propaganda,most brochures are too simplex.We should make full use of the convenience of the current network media,expanding advertising to let more people know the purport of the ESCA.(3)The survey found that the ESCA lack of physical monitoring service,and the content of public sports service provided by the ESCA is imperfect.The introduction of physical monitoring service may prompt teenagers pay more attention to their own health,improving their enthusiasm for sport,and playing a fixed role in cultivating long-term exercisers for the activity center.(4)The management mode of the ESCA in Fuzhou is mainly composed of three types:joint management,entrusted management and independent management.The construction of relevant laws and regulations in activity centers is unsound,especially the youth security guarantee system.The ESCA lacks enthusiasm for providing public sports service,which will affecting the quality of service and the performance of functions.It results from the unenough support from government,the inadequate positions,the incomplete management system,the poor level of management and physical education and the lack of encouraging mechanism.
