| In order to resolve the contradictions between the lack of education power and the students overpopulation , The ministry of education proposes the China National Program for Excellent Courses(CNPEC). It's hope to improve the quality of education with the model of excellent courses, and the excellent resources' sharing. In the course of building excellent courses, it has being increased the use of information technology in the teaching process, and has created many conditions for students to study on their own initiative. At present, excellent courses have been constructed for four years, and have formed a certain scale. The topic focuses on the issues of how to use networks to share the courses and to improve the ability of self-directed learning. Self-directed learning is an important theme of the contemporary educational research. As a learning ability, it's good for student to improve their achievement in school, but also good for life-long learning . The formation and development of Self-directed ability needs a long stage. To guide them through in-school education is an important way to speed up its development. For the rapid growth of knowledge renewed quickly, Using network will become one of the ways to enrich future. Self-directed ability will also be embodied in network .In order to cultivate the college student's ability .We design the leaning of excellent courses .It can be used as an useful supplement to cultivate self-directed ability in the classroom.In this paper, the first chapter describes the content of college excellent courses, the constituent elements of the network platform, the model and meaning of self-directed leaning. Then define the self-directed leaning ability. Chapter II Status analyses the background of excelled courses in student directed learning and the influencing factors of self-directed learning. Chapter III Status gives the strategies in cultivation of the self-directed ability .Then it proposes the general pattern of self-directed leaning in using the excelled courses. There are three links: Completely self-learning, Cooperation and panel discussion, teacher's guide. Finally, we apply the strategy in a case to verify the validity. |
