The Study On Designing And Practicing Blended-learning Based On Excellent Courses Resources

To improve the quality of talents in higher education, the national ministry of education started the"project of teaching quality and reform in higher education. As the premium project the construction of excellent courses has been performed all over the country in April, 2003. After about seven years more than 3000 classes have been accredited into national level, which greatly enrich the resource of excellent courses.The construction of excellent courses is aimed at improving teaching quality through the excellent teaching resource supplied by it. But the use of these resource can not be done without some effective education model, and the best choice would be blended-learning developed on the base of traditional education and online learning.This paper analyzes the condition of constructing this resource, the types and their characters, and proposes the common design model and practical ways based on the principle of blended-learning design. the blended-learning design model baseed on resource of excellent courses consists of four parts: the first part is the preparatory analysis, including the analysis of teaching object, education target, teaching contents, teaching media environment and the resource of excellent course. the second part is about teaching design, including the design of learning activities and resource. the third part is about the practice of courses, mainly with the types of classroom teaching and online teaching. The fourth part is about after evaluation, including the evaluation of learning effect and resource.After finishing the design model of blended-learning based on excellent courses resource, the author chooses Introduca to Educational Technology to test the practical effect of this model. In this test the author cooperates closely with the assistant to collect every experience and weakness, and to put forward relative ways to improve it.
