Physics experiments are the important foundation of the science of physics. Physics experiments required in the middle school play a pivotal role in the middle school students' studying the science of physics. This is further emphasized in the senior middle school physics' learning and teaching by New Curriculum Standard. This article analyzes the function and status of physics experiments in New Curriculum Standard first and also analyzes the arranging characteristics of physics experiments of the new teaching material published by the People Education Press. Then from the point of the theory, this article makes a research into the effective way of physics experiments' teaching strategies. Whether the teaching is effective depends on whether the teaching goals are realized. Thus it becomes a necessary problem for us to make a research into how the physics experiment teaching's goals can be measured and sorted under the goals of three dimensions in New Curriculum Standard. Besides, what kinds of main factors can affect the effective teaching of physics experiments should be carefully analyzed. Based on the above theory research, this article puts forward the preparing strategies of physics experiment teaching and the main strategies on different kinds of physics experiments. This article tries to find out some effective teaching strategies based on the research into the goal and assessment of physics experiment effective teaching. Last but not the least, this article puts forward some teaching and learning strategies based on the effective teaching theory, and applies them into teaching practice. Thus, it provides some examples from the point of theory and practice and may stimulate the physics experiments effective teaching in the future.
