On June 1st,2015,the State Council of P.R.C issued a notification about printing and distributing rural teacher supporting plan(2015-2020).The rural teacher group draw society attention again.There are many issues need to be paid attention to among the rural teacher group.This article focuses on studying rural teacher’s profession development,based on the studying sight of society support system.Investigate current situation during rural teacher’s profession development,and analyze absent factors,pointing out which factors exist.Analyze relationship among factors in society support system and find out loophole in the system.Point out which factors need to be improved.According to investigation result and related research achievement,optimize society support system of rural teacher development.During the research,mainly use quantitative research combined with qualitative research.Quantitative research mainly use statistical analysis method,has done large scale questionnaire survey in rural school belong to counties of Guilin City and Bobai County of Yulin City,the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Respondent are rural teachers.Investigation content mainly focus on three angle,objective support,subjective support and use ratio of support.Through questionnaire survey,can centralize on collect related data.Doing statistical analysis,get result and analyze the result.Qualitative research mainly uses interviewing method,deep and random interviewing were done within the scope of research.Interviewing focus on society support system of rural teacher profession development,get full and accurate deep going research result.Combined result of questionnaire survey with case study result,get concrete result,and try to analyze based on this.When analyze the result,try to find out existing question and describe the reason of having this question.In optimizing part,detailed description on how to improve the system and how to evaluate this system were given.Objective support system of rural teacher development is existing,but there are some issues need to be optimized.There exists rural teacher profession development subjective support system.Factors in the system are elementary completed,and there is connection among factors.But,after summarizing,it is needed to improve subjective support system.Concerning the object of this system,rural teacher,subjective using need to be enhanced.Under the situation that society support system internal and outer factors are completed and tightly connected,to ensure system running well,subject and object system affecting each other is needed.
