In the era when the Information Science and Technology develops with such a high speed and when the knowledge updates everyday,in order to meet the needs of the development of the times,all the countries in the world are also actively adjust their own development ideas,and the strategic objectives transfer from the previous emphasis on material infrastructures to the current personnel training up.For this,a big change in education has come.As an important part of basic education,primary and secondary school physical education teachers continuing education is the requirements of improving the quality of physical education teachers and the level of teaching,and also the inevitable trend of the professionalization of the primary and secondary physical education teachers.As the success or failure of basic education is directly affected by the quality of teachers,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of continuing education in primary and secondary school PE teachers and strive to cultivate a high-quality and high-level primary and secondary school PE teachers is the basic guarantee for comprehensively promoting quality education.This article through the literature material law,questionnaire survey and expert interview method for primary and secondary school physical education teachers continuing education of teachers' basic situation in zhejiang province on comprehensive research and training situation,the following conclusions:1.The primary and secondary school physical education teachers continuing education in zhejiang province is a provincial,city(ground)as a whole and mainly county of the three levels of management system model,to a certain extent,achieved good results;Training funds and unified management,basic guarantee the rights of primary and secondary school physical education teachers to participate in continuing education.2.The primary and secondary school physical education teachers in zhejiang province in the age structure and education structure more reasonable,up to the requirements and regulations of the state standard,but sex ratio still some deviation,not conducive to the balanced development of basic education.3.The understanding of the primary and secondary school physical education teachers to continue education in zhejiang province only stay on the ideological level,not into reality,emerged late arrival truancy,sleeping playing mobile phone,perfunctory mixed credits,etc.Government and related education department should intensify publicity,implementation of continue education policy implementation,improving teachers' understanding of continuing education,build up the idea of lifelong learning.4.Some schools in zhejiang province,Not a sound system of continuing education management,lack of effective incentive methods and reward means to enhance the enthusiasm of physical education teachers to participate in continuing education training,so,in order to promote the virtuous development of the reform of basic education and continuing education,schools must establish and improve the corresponding incentive mechanism to enhance the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in continuing education training and guarantee for teachers' participation in continuing education training of basic rights.5.Training of primary and secondary school physical education teachers continuing education in zhejiang province way too single,not new;And content that boring teaching methods and training,lack of pertinence and practicability,the training quality is not high.Therefore,continuing education training institutions should improve teaching mode,strengthen the remote education information network service;Pay attention to the construction of teachers team and the training content updates,urged the healthy development of primary and secondary school physical education teachers continuing education training in zhejiang province.6.The primary and secondary school physical education teachers continuing education training in zhejiang province lack of strict examination system and evaluation system,makes the students for learning and not learn the same,to learn and learning difference of the same,is not conducive to the sustainable development of teachers' specialization and continuing education.So,we shall be under the existing appraisal system and evaluation system,optimizing the administration of quality supervision,improve the quality of training.
