Against the historical background of the new century, education to every individual should be adequate and provocative. Changes of individualization in classroom teaching reflect the correct understanding of school teaching to the features of the times as well as to the nature of men. Concepts of individualization teaching in teaching methods as well as foreign and domestic practices of individualization teaching are the corner stones of researches on validity of individualization teaching. Conflicts in today's individualization teaching in our country are the causes for study of individualization teaching. We'd never sit back and wait, never advance rashly, but construct valid individualization teaching appropriate to the present education in our country, when getting the opportunity of reforming the courses in basic education. According to the view of "effect- efficiency- quality", this paper means to solve the conflict between "good harvest in large areas" and "development of the students' individuality" in the result of individualization teaching and present the validity standards of individualization teaching. To construct valid individualization teaching, this paper suggests creating a proper circumstance to attract the students and set up the individualization studying method. From the aspects of professional training for teachers, Internet technologies and the administration of schools, this paper clarifies the supporting situations beneficial to show the validity of individualization teaching. Classroom teaching is an important method leading to the concept of individuality teaching and to test the validity of individuality teaching.
