Higher vocational education with the popularization of China's higher education development, and rapidly expanded, has occupied the whole of the bulk of higher education, higher education has become an important component. Courses are the core of higher vocational education and very complex project, to achieve a certain goal and organize activities for the teaching and learning process and its contents. Studying vocational curriculum must link to the need for higher vocational education reform overall environment, link with the development society, Economic progress and the needs of the population.The thesis is made of the introduction, the main body (II, III and IV). the background of the study, origin, status and defining concepts were described in the first chapter; The higher vocational curriculum development and influence were analyzed in the second chapter and it focuses on higher vocational education curriculum and the basis on the elements of it; The third part set an example of Karamay Vocational Technical College, It focused on analysis the main problems of the curriculum setup of the college and research and analysis of the causes of the problems; Chapter IV is an important one for deepening reform measures and recommendations of vocational courses. On the basis of the study on the useful exploration and experience of higher vocational education at home and abroad, the chapter provides recommendations and strategies.In this paper, I take measures of combining theory with practice, study the causes of our higher vocational education curriculum issues, and provide a number of recommendations and strategies for deepening the reform of Chinese higher vocational courses.
