The curriculum objectives in higher technical and vocational education are expected results of higher technical and vocational education curriculum. The curriculum objectives development in higher technical and vocational education is the starting point of curriculum development in higher technical and vocational education, which has a decisive impact on the content determination, mode selection and effect evaluation of higher technical and vocational education curriculum. According to the curriculum theory and principles of vocational education, on the basis of analysis of higher technical and vocational education curriculum problems, this thesis makes an initial research on the connotations, the bases and screening, the construction and the evaluation of curriculum objectives development in higher technical and vocational education, hoping to make a little bit contribution to the practice of curriculum development in higher technical and vocational education.There are three parts in the thesis.The first part is exordium. It includes the concept definition, the topic significance, the literature analysis, the outline and sketch of the thesis and so on.The second part discusses the connotations of curriculum objectives in higher technical and vocational education, which attempts to explain the connotations of curriculum objectives in both horizontal and vertical perspectives in order to lay a foundation to the following related discourses.The third part is the body of the thesis, aiming at discussing the process of curriculum objectives development in higher technical and vocational education that is the bases and screening of curriculum objectives development in higher technical and vocational education, the construction and the evaluation of curriculum objectives in higher technical and vocational education. The bases and screening of this curriculum objectives development are crucial to the curriculum objectives scientific and accuracy. The four main bases are a study of the purposes of higher technical and vocational education, the investigation of the demand of social economic development, a study of learner themselves in higher vocational colleges, the suggestions of practical experts and subject specialists. At the same time, only when these curriculum objectives which are derived from the four bases, are screened through philosophy, earning psychology and higher technical and vocational education curriculum resources, can we find a group of a few highly important objectives, which are highly consistent. So on this basis, the thesis has elaborated the curriculum objectives programming in higher technical and vocational education, the standard of various formulation and sequencing, seeking to make the text expression standardization. Finally, the thesis discussed the evaluation principles and specific methods of these curriculum objectives so as to provide bases for these curriculum objectives amendment and the next curriculum objectives development in higher technical and vocational education.
