With the rise and development of "humanistic" philosophy, the new vocationalism movement started in the world which stressed on the value of respect for the workers themselves and their functions' development. Reflected on the higher Vocational and Technical education curriculum provision is abandoning the original concept of the "subject oriented" and "ability first", formed the new "student-oriented" concept of vocational education courses. This curriculum adopted the advantages of "ability first" curriculum view of post analysis, absorbed "knowledge based" curriculum guiding role of theory and knowledge on the shape of personal qualities.Based on the concept of "student centered", this article discusses the arising of the problems, the background to the study, the purpose and significance of the study and the content and methods. It also analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign curriculum provision and development trends. The article describes the significance and function of insisting on the student-centered curriculum provision in our higher vocational and technical education with a systematic analysis method. And it also discusses how to insist on the "student centered" curriculum provision in seven deals including the implement of credit system and the increase of elective courses. Finally, this paper takes the curriculum provision of CNC major in W college as a case study. By introducing the features and problems of the curriculum provision in this major, and based on the theory and characteristics of domestic and foreign curriculum provision, the author presents her own recommendations and countermeasures through comparative analysis. The author hopes it can implement the "student centered" philosophy in curriculum provision of higher vocational and technical education, and can make a contribution to further improve the theoretical system of higher vocational and technical education's curriculum provision.
