At present, our country is trying to construct learning-type society, and at the same time, we should see the construction of learning schools are also very important. Learning schools are schools in which members share vision, study cooperatively, communicate and reflect incessantly. New concept inevitably requires the transformation of original one. Teachers are the key force of constructing learning schools, and learning schools require new teachers' culture.This study starts with the background of learning schools. It introduces the meaning of Learning organization Theory, Five Strategies, and features. It discusses why should schools be learning schools, and one important aspect of construction of learning schools—reconstruction of teachers' culture. This study tells us teachers' culture's concept, teachers' character, the needed teachers' quality, and it compared teachers' culture of traditional schools and learning schools. Meanwhile, it talks about new inquiry of teachers' culture in learning schools.The author research a normal middle school in Nanjing, trying to analyze the problem in teachers' culture of this middle school, then find the reasons. At last, the author gives some advice on how to construct teachers' culture in learning schools.
