The 21st century is called a society of information and an era of knowledge economy. Everything is unstable in this era. The environment that the individual and organizations face is complicated and changeable day by day. We have to study cover our life to catch up with the latest development. Great change takes place in the teaching field everyday. Comparable with other persons, mastering new knowledge quicker is the only long-term advantage for the teachers and their organizations. So the teacher should be learning teacher, when the teacher organization should be learning organization.Drawing lessons from the learning organization and knowledge management theory, this paper focuses on the establishment of a learning teacher organization in information age. The author analyzes the model of organizational learning in learning organization and learning disability in traditional teacher organization, then shows the model of learning teacher organization, and analyses each key element in the model, provides the corresponding establishment tactics. Under networked environment, teacher organizations could become virtual organization despite the restriction of space. The last chapter of this paper analyses the concept and characteristics of a virtual teacher organization, proposes that educational blogs could become good platform for knowledge sharing and exchange in virtual teacher organization, and gives the tactics of a virtual teacher organization cohesiveness.
