Learning Culture is the Micro-level of School Teaching,taking the learning culture as the starting point to explore the"one-to-one"digital classroom study provides a new perspective for the study of"technology--learning",and is also the important way in the current education reform.Therefore,this study attempts to use learning activities as an evaluation tool for"one-to-one”digital classroom teaching in primary schools from the perspective of learning culture and to probe into the characteristics of present classroom teaching and puts forward some suggestions for optimization.In order to improve"one-to-one”digital learning and promote learning reform.This study first makes a theoretical interpretation of the representation of learning culture.Three main elements of classroom learning culture are summarized based on the concept of Cultural Learning,that is,learning subject,learning process and learning content.Then,this paper starts with two clues of"technology"and”learning culture"and the representation Framework of Learning Culture in"one to one"digital classroom environment and try to use learning activities as an evaluation tool for classroom learning.Select 16"one to one”digital teaching examples of primary school with tablet computer as the research object and the method of video case analysis and content analysis is used to collect the data of classroom learning activities and the statistical analysis is carried out by using Excel.The study found that there are some problems in the present learning situation in the"one to one"digital classroom environment:(1)The main body of learning is"student"rather than"learner".Although the proportion of students participating in the activities is over 50%,the students follow the carefully planned learning process.(2)The learning process is moderately teacher-oriented.The learning process is mainly based on the learning activities that show and report the learning results and teachers consciously guide students to take the initiative to construct knowledge.(3)The content of learning tends to be used at the middle and low levels.Students'level of understanding of the learning content itself is more concentrated on"repeatable and practical use".(4)the application of technology is limited to enhancing the transfer of knowledge.The role of technology still revolves around the direction of cause teachers better to present knowledge.The main reasons are as follows:(1)the leading role of”institutionalization of learning value"(2)the drive of traditional teaching culture(3)conflict between mainstream culture and subculture(4)lack of technical culture.Finally,the author tries to explore the effective ways of one-to-one digital classroom teaching from the theoretical and practical aspects.Including the establishment of correct learning values,enhance the awareness of the main body of learning;Enriching the learning process and forming a good teaching culture;Harmonious learning culture circle,exploring the modem learning model;Integrate technology culture and construct modern classroom learning culture.Based on this,this study tries to improve the current primary school"one-to-one"digital classroom teaching.
