Incentive Strategies In School-based Teaching Resource Database

Nowadays based on information teaching, the establishment of education teaching resources database enriches the means of education and improves the efficiency of classroom teaching, which makes us to obtain abundant resources during the development of teaching software. Many schools have bought various kinds of commercialized teaching resources database system. However there are lots of deflections during the establishment of current resources database, such as, low efficiency, repetitive development, and improper material. It looks like "a pool of dead water" because of the lacking of a renewed resources mechanism. Therefore, in order to solving above mentioned deficiencies and building a resources database system applied to practical need of frontline teachers, we need to introduce into the incentive mechanism, which is a prompting strategy to make users interact with and participate in the establishment of resources actively, then a positive circulation between the usage and building of the resources can be formed."Incentive" is the most important function in the modern management and also the core issue in the people-oriented management. In the practice of establishment of teaching resources database, we need to apply incentive for the teaching resources database construction, which can stimulate the activity of participators by "regulatory motivation", "self motivation" and "exterior estimate motivation" and let spacious consumers join into the resources construction in order to change the static, one-way resources database into the dynamic, interactive one. To ensure the process goes on wheel and avoid the negative impact, we'd better control the quality by "resources evaluation" and "mechanism restriction".This article is developing the school-based practical platform of teaching resources database which is in the foundation of researching incentive strategy during the construction. The platform is based on the original school-based information resources. It inspires teacher's enthusiasm of building and using it and creates a new dynamic database and mechanism.
