| The reform outline of basic education curriculum proposes the concrete goals of the new curriculum reform, in the phase of compulsory education, besides the subject curriculum, comprehensive curriculums also needed to adapt to different regions and development of students. Comprehensive curriculums are centered in the stage of elementary school. In the stage of middle school, it will combine the subject and comprehensive curriculum. In the stage of high school after compulsory education, integrated curriculum is complementary for subject curriculum; it also integrates comprehensive practical class into required course. In addition to required course, every school should also actively sets up selective course in order to adapt the needs of students. In the structure of curriculum, it is necessary to encourage school to develop school-based courses besides national curriculum and local curriculum, to enhance the adaptability of course in locals, schools and students.The implementation of the new curriculum puts forward new challenges to the school educational teaching work whether in course content or in course structure. At present, the curriculum reform has been carried out for a few years. It has been found that resource scarcity is the biggest problems of new curriculum implementation through investigation. The implementation of the new curriculum emphasizes learning based on the resources. Without abundant resources supported, the curriculum reform is difficult to obtain practical education effect. The richness of curriculum resources and suitability to the requirements of students directly determine the achievement of goal of scope and level.Curriculum resource is not only an important guarantee for the achievement of curriculum reform, but also the important factors for processed smoothly. The implementation of the national curriculum and local course, and all kinds of school-based curriculum establishing all need lots of curriculum resources to support. Meanwhile, new course requires course and resources to combine the local characteristics, school characteristics, students' needs and so on. Therefore, the construction and development of the school-based resource pool have strong practical significance. Making full use of the existing curriculum resources and actively developing new curriculum resources are the important ways of deepening the curriculum reform and improving teaching efficiency.Directing at the problems of resources shortage in the process of curriculum implementation and combining the concrete goal of curriculum reform, the paper reclassifies the resources to make the school-based system resource classification more detailed and concrete. By testing, expected design goal is basically achieved. Also, the platform can run stably.Chapter 8 is the summary of this paper.
