There are actual problems and phenomena in the modern media art daily teaching in our province, such as attaching the technical training, but neglecting student's essence growth; unilaterally depend on a ready-made resources, but lacking national culture; only considering the convenience of the media resources application, but ignoring the raise of the media accomplishment; accentuating the application of the media language unduly, but overlooking the education and edification of fine arts language; and pursuing surface vision effect, but lacking in-depth culture implication. In view of problems cited above, the article traced to their sources through the investigation and proposed a view of fusing the China traditional culture in the modern media art teaching associating theory and practice to promote the student vision accomplishment.Education teaching idea, the resources development and utilization condition of the vision media accomplishment education in the domestic and foreign information era were inspected during research period to investigate its advanced factors on measure, strategy and method. The author consulted many theories and practice achievements of new curriculum in the first batch official implementation ordinary high schools in some provinces and cities, and the class examples of the modern media art teaching in representative high schools. Through the comparative analysis, the author also found out that the national culture manifests in the modem media art teaching was insufficient in high school, not yet formed a set of effective teaching measures and strategies, which needed to be studied and developed further.Aiming at the existent problems in the daily teaching, and integrating kinds of available information resources, the article tried to study over the reform of modern media art teaching method, the promotion of the vision accomplishment education strategy as well as the practical applications of the traditional culture art during the modern media art teaching associating high school fine arts new curriculum in the present, with the aid of the superiority of the modern media technology, taking the medium accomplishment as the foundation, the modern media art as the platform, then educed the practical theory results created originally and research conclusions, which had useful for reference and guidance to launch the modern media art teaching of the high school fine arts in our province.
