College Students Management Work In The Network Culture Study

With the development of internet in campus, and with the development of message communication technology, internet becomes the "forth media", after the newspaper, broadcasting and television. Network becomes a "the double-edged sword" to the influence of the management of the universities students. While it provides new opportunity and the way for the student supervisory work, simultaneously it brings the stern challenge. It becomes a big topic in front of the workers managing universities students that how to strengthen the cultural reconstruction of campus network, to build and improve the informational environment of student supervisory work and to positively create the condition to realize the modernization of student supervisory work..Although many domestic experts, scholars and did many kinds of discussions and the research in this field, the content of the research is not too thorough and lack of systematic analysis. As a long-time supervisor of student management in universities, by studying the management theory, the author has some understanding in student management and enables it to rise to the theory stratification and can have further rising. By the time of writing the Master's degree paper, the author tries to use the Marxism theory and the system theory to research the student management under the network culture.This paper is divided in three parts to analyze the research. The first part mainly introduces how to treat and understand the network culture. The network culture is not the simple combination of the network and culture. However, basing on the tradition culture, it tries to use the modern science and technology, the internet, to carry forward the tradition culture. And in the second part, the author mainly introduces the chance and challenge of student management in the internet time. The campus network culture is affecting university student's study, the life and the behavior, which has the negative effect to students and the university traditional culture. The third part mainly introduces the countermeasure to the student management under the network culture. The author comprehensively analyzed the cause of formation that the network culture brings to the students, thoroughly discussed the methods and ways to strengthen the campus network culture and carries on a series of exploring ponder to the student management under the network culture. The innovation part in this article is that the author tries to build the network platform of student management, grasping jointly and managing conceitedly, to realize the resources sharing. At the same time, the author brings honor to the Eastern culture to make the students understand the essence of the Chinese tradition Confucianist culture, don't go to extremes and have further research to strengthen recognizing ability and judgment.
