With the great development of college network technique,the network ischanging our lifestyle,Working mode and learning method with its powerfulstrength.It promots the social development and times progressed. The wideapplication of the college network has brought great changes in learning, values, lifeof college students, the collision between traditional college culture and networkculture forms college network culture. Network with its powerful informationresources and convenient communication advantages brought great convenience andrich content of knowledge to teachers and students, but also adorable produce somenegative effects, such as Internet addiction, Internet pornography, information andnetwork crime. Facing the new problems, this paper starts from dissipative structureand synergetic theory of self-organization theory, with the help of college networkculture of its openness, proposed the construction of college network culture andmanagement strategies.This paper analyzed the Construction and Management Strategy of CollegeNetwork Culture based on self-organization theory. Firstit summarized the basicmeaning and characteristics of self-organization theory and the college networkculture, and fully analyzed the current situation of college network culture, find outthe problems and difficulties, then made prediction on its future development trend,proposed the positive impact of self-organizing network for college network culture.On this basis, with the inherent advantage of self-organizing, and its much more self-organizing feature,it gave full play to the role of collaborative together, dominanteffect and synergistic effect of self-organization, analyzed how to construction andmanagement strategy of college network culture.
