There is widespread public concern about the development of teachers'speciality. Teaching reflection is one of the most important avenue to enhance the development of teachers'speciality and achieve effective classroom teaching, which has received more and more adequate attention of scholars and educators in the fields of education study and practice. It proceed from teachers'teaching reflection realities and integrate with the theory of postmodernism, cognitive psychology and the development of teachers'specility . In accordance with the problems that exist in teachers'reflection, such as, indifferent awareness of teaching reflection, irregular reflection process, the lack of theory guidance and emphesis of school, this paper suggests that teachers shoud practise from three perspective: awarness, will, and habit. Schools shoud creat harmonious environment for teachers'teaching reflection. Moreover, educational institution should cultivate the reflection awarness of teachers and improve teachers'reflection capability.
