Based on the teaching practice,teaching reflection is a kind of critical scrutiny of individual teaching activities.It’s not only an accelerator of teacher’s development,but also a magic key of teacher’s realize self-value and enhance its teaching quality.Under the situation of new curriculum reform,the teacher’s teaching reflection play an important and irreplaceable role in their teaching practice.However,in rural education,the situation of teacher’s reflection isn’t ideal,which makes teacher’s development lags behind.So the young teachers had better learn to be self-examination、be skilled in rethinking as well as take delight in reflection.That is to say,the young teacher’s reflection is an imperative requirement for them to make progress.Therefore,the journey of exploring reflection begins.This study adopts qualitative research methods,mainly about the narrative research.The author goes into one of rural middle school of the urban-rural fringe area as to explore the practice situation of reflective development with three teachers who have different teaching age or in different subjects by the way of deep interview and participatory observation and analyze the normal case or the predicaments of teaching reflection,additionally make sure the principles of teacher ’s development and optimizing strategy.The study includes five stages.The first stage is Preparation:go for reflection.This part includes problem,the significance of research,the research status,the research framework(content、methods、object、collection and analysis of data、framework).The second stage is about reflection is good for development-the story of three teachers’teaching reflection and development.Based on the author’s professional practice,this part is to present the real situation of three teachers who have different teaching age or in different subjects in teaching reflection under the narrative research.The third stage is about Back reflection-the perspective of the impact on teaching reflection.This part is aimed to find out the main factors which influence teacher’s teaching reflection,namely reflection on self-thought,management and condition by analyzing the differences of three teachers’ teaching reflection or development.It’s also to clarify the mechanism of teacher’s teaching development and clearly put forward the logical relationship between reflection and development.The fourth stage is about optimized reflection-the strategy of promoting young teachers’ teaching reflection.Specifically,self-reliance is the motive power for teacher’s reflection,resultant force of teaching and research is the booster for teacher’s reflection and condition creation for guiding teacher’s reflection.The fifth stage is Rest:introspecting for reflection.This part is to reflect the whole process of the research,summarizes the innovation and disadvantages of this study,reflect on the research methods of the reliability,validity and ethic responsibility,and put forward the direction of the future research.
