The training of teachers of financial and business specility in secondary vocational schools is an effective way to improve the professional qualities of the trained teachers,and is an important part of the construction of the vocational teaching staff,which will inject new impetus into the career of vocational education in China.This study attempts to comprehensively analyze the training of teachers of finance and business specility in secondary vocational schools,find out the problems and causes in the training of teachers of finance and business specility in secondary vocational schools,and try to think about the corresponding countermeasures.The theoretical basis of this study are human capital theory,two-factor theory,lifelong learning theory and adult learning theory.Combined with the corresponding interview results,the survey questionnaire is induced and summarized.The survey questionnaire is roughly divided into three parts: the basic situation of teachers,the needs of training for teachers,and the status quo of training for teachers.Questionnaires are distributed on the Internet in the form of e-questionnaires.The teachers of finance and business specility of the secondary vocational schools are the subjects of the survey.The training status is analyzed from four aspects: training institutions,training teachers,training content,and training incentives.Financial and business categories are discovered.Teachers are mostly unsatisfied with training institutions and training incentives.After analyzing the training needs of teachers of finance and business specility in secondary vocational schools,the existing training institutions for teachers of finance and business specility are neglected,training teachers are unreasonable,training content is too theoretical,and training incentive mechanisms are limite.To improve the status of teacher's training of finance and business specility in secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to do the followings: improve training institutions to meet training needs;train trainers for teachers and improve the professionalization of training teachers;increase the practicality of training content and increase the proportion of skills training;use a variety of training evaluations,scientific evaluations of training results;improve the training incentive rules.
