In recent years, the state attaches great importance to the development of the secondary vocational education. But the secondary vocational school is confronted with so many problems, which is how to solve serious lack of the student source, differences in the basic cultural knowledge, one-child's character defects, huge competition pressure in employment etc. Nowadays information and network technology are developing rapidly, how shall we cultivate the students'good quality, skilled technology and excellent ability for profession so as to adapt to the increasing serious social competition and the severe challenges in the era of information. Under the above circumstances, it is inevitable to carry out reforms for the secondary vocational education. We must improve the students'social competition ability by means of transforming traditional concepts of education, adjusting the antiquated patterns of the education, reforming the present teaching contents, methods and means in various aspects. Network-based cooperative learning is put forward as an attempt of education reform with realistic meaning to meet the development of the secondary vocational education. In order to meet the requirements of information technology and curriculum restructure and of new demands and challenge for the talent quality caused by the market economic globalization, on the basis of examining and discussing the method of classroom teaching and personnel training of the secondary vocational education, the paper has made a deep study on forming the cooperative learning pattern based on the network in the secondary vocational school, analyzing systematically eight core elements that form the pattern, enriching and developing their viewpoints during the teaching of MCU(Micro-controller Unit) PRINCIPLE and APPLICATION through the design of the practical case. In this thesis we advance and advocate a new cooperative learning pattern, namely,"Independent Inquiry—Interactive Competition—Full Cooperation(ICC)", and expect that it will play a reference role in the further teaching reform of the secondary vocational education, and at the same time we also look forward to expanding and enlarging the cooperative learning pattern in the secondary vocational school.
