Cooperative learning is a very effective teaching theory system,which has been widely used in many primary and middle schools of the world.Its positive role in improving students' capability and the teaching atmosphere has been fully verified.It's a vital task for secondary vocational education to improve the comprehensive quality of students and exploring the new teaching mode.At present,it is rare for the research on the application of cooperative learning in vocational students' chemistry studying.This study focuses on the theory of cooperative learning and its application in chemistry teaching in secondary vocational schools.And explores the positive role of cooperative learning in improving the quality of secondary vocational chemistry teaching and cultivating the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational school students.Therefore,this study is mainly discussed the following aspects: First of all,Study the relative theories of cooperative learning.Through reading the relevant literature as well as the domestic and foreign academic research current status and achievements to provide a theory basis for the application practice of chemistry teaching in secondary vocational school.Secondly,selecting the experimental objects to analyze the characteristics of secondary vocational school students through the questionnaire survey and interviews.Apply the cooperative teaching and teaching practice for chemistry teaching in secondary vocational school.Thirdly,analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and problems of the application of cooperative learning in secondary vocational school chemistry teaching through the students' academic performance and the survey data.The results show that the application of cooperative learning in secondary vocational school chemistry teaching has a positive effect on improving the classroom atmosphere and arousing the enthusiasm of students.At the same time,cooperative learning works on improving students' chemistry learning achievement,cultivating students' cooperative consciousness,expressing and communicating ability.It also has some improvement of independent problems solving.It is proved that cooperative learning is also effective in the process of chemistry teaching in secondary vocational schools.Finally,some suggestions are given to solve deficiencies and problems existing in this research.Forecast the trend of researches on the application of cooperative learning in chemistry learning in second vocational schools.
