In the context of the globalization of education and information technology, Chinaeducation information age has arrived and our ways of education undergoing tremendouschange."The state council on the decision of the basic education reform and development"special mention in the cooperative learning, points out:"to encourage cooperative learning,and promote the communication between students and common development, to promote theteachers and students teaching is learning." The education information released by theMinistry of Education a10-year development plan (2011-2020)", which suggestsconstructing, implicating and sharing quality digital educational resources to improveeducation quality. It also should help students use information technology with the way ofequal, effective and healthy,and develop independent learning, lifelong learning for studentsthemselves. Accelerating the construction of vocational education in the development ofinformation technology environment, improving the level of vocational education practiceteaching, vigorously supporting high quality skilled personnel training, are very important.The new curriculum emphasized that teachers should respect students’ differences. Based onthe students’ personality differences, teaching carried out to promote students with themaximized development. Secondary vocational education in the computer classroom in needof special students with comprehensive social standards, including personal skills, knowledgeand ability to exchanges and cooperation with the community. Based on the philosophy ofdifferentiated Instruction, this thesis paper used two cooperative learning methods, partnersteaching and group cooperative learning, to design instructional process and teaching methodsin a deep level. Grouping by students’ differences, this research explored to promotedifferential educational effectiveness of cooperative learning.Chapter Ⅰ presents historical background of the questions, describes the purpose andsignificance of the research, researches contents and methods, and the research status at homeand abroad are introduced.In chapter Ⅱ, cooperative learning concept definition, the basic idea of coop erativelearning, basic elements and the theoretical basis of this study, are introduced.Chapter Ⅲ is the premise of this research in the implementation of the programmed as awhole and based on content of computer basic courses in the vocational category, learningdifferences, and so on, and this leads to differences in teaching how to use cooperativeteaching method to teaching the most effective difference.The fourth chapter is the focus of this research through teaching programed design,implementation, and teaching effect comparison. It analyzes several aspects of the effect ofcooperative learning.The last chapter systematically analyzed and summarized the full text, and analyzedinadequacies to learn from and reference for future research.
