For a long time, vocational schools always attached great importance to the professional skills but failed to develop and train students'cooperative skills. Teachers simply taught students professional skills to encourage students to become primary technical personnel, which could not meet the needs of social progress.Combining the theory of group cooperative learning and activities in internship training for students majoring in mechanical electronic profession and comparing the new teaching method with the traditional way, this study will do a group cooperative research on the car engine overhauling, installing and removing, and will give some revelation for education management.This study is divided into four chapters :The first chapter is an introduction to the thesis, which mainly analyzes the background of the vocational education and the current situation of internship training, proposing the importance and the feasibility of cooperative learning and analyzing its theoretical and practical significance.The second chapter focuses on the literature review, which defines the relative concepts involved in this research, establishing the basic theories of cooperative learning. The third chapter presents the research process. By means of interviews, the survey, the students'diaries and the teachers'journal, it mainly introduces cooperative learning process in training courses and reveals the truth that cooperative learning has a positive effect on the development of vocational students'cooperative and communicative skills.The fourth chapter obtains the result of this research, analyzing the deficiencies and the limitations of this research and presenting the revelation for the education management.
