The university spirit is university's soul, it plays all-important role in development of university. At present, higher education of our country is being in the fast development, the research and discussion about the university spirit is getting more and more. The university spirit develops a vital role in the university which plays also to obtain more approvals. But conducts the research and discussion to our country university spirit the 1920s-1930s's university spirit should be the key points which we pay attention.1920s-1930s were the golden time for Chinese higher education. Although the situation was difficult, society turbulence, just started the Chinese higher education had actually experienced the fast development in this time, the scene that momentum develops has appeared. That time, under the effort of the people of university, much great master spring up, gave birth to talented people generation to generation in university, and which had produced significant effect to the development of Chinese society. Being the more important significance, during these times, the higher education produced a kind of university spirit which had profound connotation far-reaching effect. The formation of this kind of university spirit had promoted development of higher education during this time, which becomes the future generational model. So, we study and discuss this kind of university spirit, not only are helpful to deepen the understanding for the university spirit, but also have significant model function for higher education's development and university spirit cultivation.At present, though having many studying and discussion about the university spirit, mostly pay attention to the current university spirit's cultivation, truly carries on the system analysis and discussion to 1920s-1930s's university spirit nearly does not have.
