The humanity is stepping to the information time and the network society. The network life has become the important part of the junior middle school students'life, and the network environment has an omnibearing influence to the junior middle school students. It has already created a brand-new environment of study and living for the junior middle school students, and also gives a huge impact on their thought morality and the behavior. The network losing-regulation behavior became a kind of universal phenomenon of the junior middle school students'and it proposed the stern challenge to junior middle school's education work. How to strengthen the junior middle school students'ideological education in the network time, and guaranteed the junior middle school students'health growth under the network environment that all kinds of information exists in, has become the question which urgently awaits to be solved by the educators. And it also has caused the general educators and researchers'attention. This topic, on the foundation of the network losing-regulation behavior research which towards to two junior middle school students, examines this local junior middle school students'network losing-regulation behavior that mainly appear as six types: eroticism, poison, gloominess, infatuation, cheat and falsehood. And there are four reasons which create the students'the network losing-regulation behavior, the student own, the family, the school and the social. This article mainly analyzes them with emphasis in the differences between the sex, the grade, the household income, whether the students live alone or not, and the academic record. And then it gives the viewpoint that in order to change the students'network losing-regulation behavior, we must study and improve from the aspect of school educators, genearch and the society, to adapt the students'study needs in network time and to solve the questions which it brings. And also we should diligently build the positive and upward atmosphere for middle-school students'health development, cultivate the sustainable development ability, serve for child's lifelong development, and raise the full scale development talented person which the time needs.
