Strategies For Knowledge Building In The Virtual Learning Community

Along with the development of network education application,the virtual learning community becomes a social learning organization that people who has common desire,common intersting comes together to communicate,exchange,share the resources,complete the task and promote knowledge construct significantly.This learning organization not only joins the people through the network,more importantly,people established the social interaction relations through the network.They share the information,exchange the thought, pour out the emotion, make the suggestion mutually, exchange the view, help to solve the problem mutually, discuss the circumstances, pursue and need of each other, ponder common item, explores each idea, respond and feedback mutually, derive the nutrition of multicultural,seek respective satisfied feeling and Ownership feeling.The process of knowledge construction has some characteristics that widespread relation, polymerization, evolvement and Technical support. It is a process of knowledge production, knowledge construction,and knowledge creation that established on the foundation of widespread relation in the virtual environment.It is a process of the individual wisdom growing and collective wisdom sharing under technical support and promotion.So the characteristic of knowledge construction in virtual learning community is different from in other learning community.It decided that discuss the cultivatite,vindicate and develop virtual learning community is essential and rational.Based on these considerations,this research discussed connotation, rationale of virtual learning community and the process,way,activity of knowledge building in virtual learning community, expound the process of knowledge building in virtual learning community includes individual knowledge construction and collaborative knowledge construction.The way of knowledge construction includes observation,imitation,learning by lansign, interaction converses,practice.Supportive activity of knowledge construction includes expressing the personal viewpoint,contributing personal thought,discussing,supporting and debating,consulting the viewpoint,getting to a common view,summarizing and sharing knowledge and reconsideration.Take this as the foundation,I proposed the design of virtual learning community mainly includes environment,organization, learning resources,and the process of interaction and interaction tool,Based on the view of sociology,management,ecology,this research proposed the effective strategy to promote,develop and cultivate knowledge construction in the virtual learning community from the aspect of building the specific cultural atmosphere,constructing the social exchange environment,cultivating lead consciousness of organization.This research select the case of senior school mathematics interactive forum in the website of interactive learning,use the method of counting the amount of the card and analysing the content of the card,to research the behavior of knowledge construction which include asking the question,explaining/clarifying,conflict,pleading and getting to a common view,synthesizing,estimating and reconsideration in the virtual learningcommunity.
